We’re going on another Beano!!!!

Breakxit is the only UK takeover of it’s kind – Bringing some of the finest names from the notorious underground party scene of Great Britain to the party Mecca that is Berlin. Giving ravers from the UK a chance to experience the vibes of the German capital and Berliners an opportunity to catch some names that are often rare to find on their lineups.

Crossing the channel this year we have…..

The most notorious and well respected Acid Techno DJ in the UK if not the world of the last 20 years. In that time his reputation has seen him play raves, festivals and parties from Brazil to Japan via the whole of Europe. It is with immense pride and great excitement to bring the main man of the Stay Up Forever crew and an absolute legend of the UK techno scene over to headline for one night in Berlin.

In the game since 1990 and the governor of the labels Don’t, Super Rhythm Trax and Fat Hop. Be it a Techno dancefloor, an Old Skool Rave or a Hip Hop jam, Jerome is at home and relishes bringing something new to the party with surprises around every corner. Guaranteed to get the party into full swing.

When we got wind that this chap was going to be crossing the pond for a jolly of his own it only made sense to invite him on the Beano. For the past 10 years he’s played all the clubs, parties and raves worth mentioning and in that time has pioneered the breakcore scene by juxtaposing aggressive breakbeats with ambient melodies. He’s also got a new E.P which you can hear here…. https://end-user.bandcamp.com/

Formed in Norwich in 2006, this collective of wrong-uns have gone from humble Norfolk barn parties to touring Europe multiple times, curating their own stage at Boomtown fair and even clashed with headliners at Glastonbury. During that time their Amen-talist Movement has established them as one of the most recognized and revered Jungle crews in the UK. Plenty of tunes to get stuck into here…

London DJ, NoYeahNo, started her career during the massive rave expolsion in the early nineties. Over the years she has been involved with different musical genres, always searching out the beats that make her move. She currently co -runs Rag & Bone Records and has a regular show on www.subfm.com as well as playing regularly in UK & Europe. Her style is a mash up of genres that make the party jump, bass heavy and often with no mercy, after all women do respond to bass!...

By the time rave culture had exploded in the UK Neil had already been the resident at several London clubs spinning early house, acid and funk, he even opened for the Stone Roses at their legendary Spike Island gig. Since then he’s been playing the techno, hip-hop, house and funk scene whilst also being a regular on several pirate radio stations. No stranger to the city of Berlin, expect an eclectic set of anything from disco to electro with all shades in between. Check out the new release on his new label Presence Unknown here....

Returning from a 3 year DJ hiatus and for his first ever Berlin gig. The head of Love Love Records guarantee's a set of previously unreleased and forthcoming material and plenty of the labels new material as well.

Before joining the other UK expats in the German capital during exodus at the start of the decade, the matriarch of Splatterkore records was putting on parties all over the UK and Europe, collaborating with the biggest crews in the underground hardcore scene and releasing some of the most chaotic rhythms on her label. Now pretty much a local in Berlin it’s an absolute pleasure to have such an erudite of all things more then 200BPM on the lineup. A set that will no doubt be filled with everything from hardcore to speedcore, it’s going to be one of the hardest of the night.

The former breakcore sensation was unable to make last years Beano, but this year has guaranteed his presence come hell or high water. Check out his entire back catalogue here https://microphyst.bandcamp.com/ but then expect a live show of that’ll swing from French Electro to 90’s RNB.

The Boudicca of banter is back for our 2nd British invasion. Breakcore, Jungle and general piss taking is a given from the woman who’s now been terrorizing dancefloors worldwide for over 10 years now

After the success of last years set Alex has gone on to play a long list of nights all over the country whilst taking up residency chucking impromptu nights on at North Londons New River Studios. Dark beats of the breakcore and DNB variety are guaranteed.

Promising a variation of 80’s disco, upbeat party techno and afro-boogie this aint going to be one you want to miss from the force of nature that is Christo!

Currently Germanys most promising breakcore talent. Whilst continuing the tradition of fast paced and intricate breakbeats, hardcore and heavy sampling, he also creates his own unique and fresh style and brings the irony and humor of his music to the vibes of the dance floor.

A year on from their set and these 2 fella’s continue to cement their names in the UK Jungle community. Their sets are usually 92-95 focused but it’s not unusual for them to span all generations

Bassline, breakcore and jungle producer from Belfast. Your man has had releases on Off Me Nut Records, Braincore Recordings, Bass Hound Records and Mutant Bass Records and most recently with Amen-tal. He was also part of the Irish takeover at this years Bangface Weekender.

Sitting at the more absurd end of the world beating Chin Stroke records - Mash ups, donk, ‘core and general weirdness galore from the superstar DJ Yoko Bono

Bouncy hardcore blended with darker gabber vibes fresh from the mean streets of Glasgow, Scotland!

After a last minute misfortune had him miss the party last year. Only seems fair to try and get this boozehound on the Beano one more time. Angry amens and brutal kickdrums galore from this soundsystem beater

Room 3 - Local lads!
(Chillout/Low-tempo vibes)

Berlin could have hardly emerged as a Party Mecca without his
contribution. He has been tearing down the Wall with his sounds
creating, what people still fascinates about the city nowadays.
Innerbird Records is his self build home. Berlin´s Music culture
represented by someone else cannot be more authentic.

Hit the drumset at the last Breakxit with the Band SUN. This time he adds Dubstep to the night being backed by his friends all evolving from the Brausehaus Kollektiv who triggered a musical revolution in Potsdam in the 21st century and create space I know Londoners dream of.

A mad man behind the decks and beyond. An Hessian came
to Leipzig and got honoured to be the king of Tonica Records before he landed in Berlin. Expect tunes through many genres, full of surprises for music lovers.

has grown in Potsdam and is deep into the House. Breakxiteers
should definitely check out his triphop sounds.

has been working hard in fusing sounds and will be known in
the future as one of Berlin´s Millennial's shaping the scene. Well excited to see what new sounds have been put together in his Kreuzberg Den.

DTRMNST is a Platypus. Its hart to believe he exists. Some people deny him. Most people love him when he is present. One riddle of the night with the expectation of a big surprise. Bring it on DTRMNST
